It comes as no surprise that every time you check your email, there is at least one attempt from a fraudster trying to get you to click on a dodgy link.

Last week we warned you about a Facebook Scam E-Mail that was asking users to verify their accounts or risk their account being disconnected.

Now, we’re seeing an increased number of fake ‘Microsoft 365’ fraud attempts.

The Microsoft scam email suggests you will be ‘disconnected from sending or receiving emails from other users because you failed to resolve the errors on your email. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

The email prompts you to follow a link to RESOLVE THE ISSUE NOW. Do NOT click on the link.

If you receive this email, your best action is to delete it.

If you think you have a virus, malware or computer issues, call the team at Ballan Computers on 03 5368 2611. We’ll have a tech come to you.
