Three theaters at Bacchus Marsh Hospital have again been flooded after remediation works continue to take place.
The drama unfolded when a sprinkler was dislodged during the final stages of the remediation and again flooded three theaters.
All three theaters are undergoing assessment to determine what action will need to be taken.
The units were closed for remediation at the time and there were no patients in the units.
Alternative arrangements are continuing according to patient healthcare needs with support of neighbouring health services.
The incident occurred during remediation works that was the theaters flooding due to a burst water main in December.
