We’ve all set them before, but not all of us have achieved them and often find ourselves stopping part way through because it gets hard.

We know you want to change your health & body and understand that it is a deep desire of yours, so we’ve come up with some tips to help you make this year different.

  • How we set the goal will need to change
  • The path we take will need to change
  • The language you tell use with yourself will need to change
  1. Understand your WHY, your reason for changing.
  2. Your 12 month goal, broken down into; 9 months, 6 months & 3 month targets.
  3. Break those down again further, into the habits & routines that need changing.
  4. Commit to trying again and again, even when you hit a wall or it feels hard, look for another path.
  5. You need to change how you talk to yourself internally, you need to believe that you’re worth it.
