If you’re a fan of Harry Potter – and you’re busting to see them at Kryal Castle, well, we’ve got good news – and bad news.

An October show at the Leigh Creek tourist attraction featuring the Weasley Twins has now been postponed.

James and Oliver Phelps will now grace the main arena on Thursday April 8 – during the 2021 Easter school holidays.

But this time the Birmingham-born brothers will be bringing two more Harry Potter stars.

Ginny and Percy Weasley played by  Bonnie Wright and New Zealander Chris Rankin will also be at Kryal Castle.

To cap it all off, the Master of Ceremonies will be one of Australia’s top illusionists – Paul Cosentino.

“With four stars from the Harry Potter films and the great Consetino, this will be worth the wait,” Kryal castle General Manager Melissa Dimond said.

“It’ll be on the Thursday after Easter.

“We have capacity for 4000 people at Kryal Castle – so tickets are still available.”

People who have already booked for the October show will be notified of the new date within the next fortnight.

The event includes a Wizard-themed activity day – and visitors are encouraged to come in Harry Potter gear.

Ms Dimond said staff were keeping a close eye on future COVID19 restrictions – and were hopeful the medieval tourist attraction could briefly open during the September school holidays for regional residents.
