A Ballan girl has featured on Channel 10’s The Project tonight (Sunday), after starting a charity at age 13 to fund iPads for children with communication disabilities.
Keeley Johnson of ‘Keeley’s Cause’ fame was one of only two young Australians to receive a Diana Award.
The announcement was made in Britain on July 1, which would have been Princess Diana’s 59th birthday.
The 16-year-old and her mum Sharon featured on The Project’s ‘Susie’s Good News’ segment…
Keeley – with help from Lions clubs – gave out the first set of iPads in Ballarat in January 2018 (pictured below).

To date, more than 100 have been handed to children in need across Australia.
